Submission Guidelines

To ensure your project is featured accurately in the AGC of NH Plans Room Newsletter, please provide the following information:

 – Bid Date: The deadline date for submitting bids.
 – Bid Time: The specific time by which bids must be submitted.
 – Location City & State: The city and state where the project is located.
 – Project ID (optional): A unique identifier for the project, if applicable.
 – Project Short Description/Name: A brief overview of the project, including scope and type of construction.
 – Project Owner: The name of the entity or organization owning the project.
 – How Members Can Obtain Plans: Where and how plans and specifications can be accessed (e.g., email, address, or phone of main contact or location).

Important: If an addendum is issued that affects any of the provided information, please resubmit the updated details using the same format to ensure accuracy in the newsletter.
