The Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire is the state’s leading commercial construction industry organization, representing companies in both the highway and building divisions of the industry. Founded in 1949 on the guiding principles of skill, integrity, and responsibility, AGC of NH’s membership includes over 100 of the state’s top general contractors, subcontractors, equipment dealers and suppliers, and other industry professionals. Working in partnership with the membership, AGC of NH’s mission is to improve the commercial construction industry and encourage sound business practices.

As a full service trade association that provides lobbying services, publications, discount programs, and networking, AGC of NH continually works to fulfill its mission and meet the needs of its members. Member-driven committees and partnerships with like-minded coalitions give additional support to the association.

Working directly with state agencies and legislative leaders, AGC of NH is able to make a difference in the industry on a state level. Nationally, the association is part of a network of country-wide chapters that make up the AGC of America, which serves the industry on a national level. The national and state organizations make a powerful combination whose actions reduce regulatory burdens, improve contractors’ bottom lines, and make the voice of member firms heard.
